See Doctor: Might be something; might be nothing, but enlarged lymph nodes should be examined and investigated. No sense worrying what they may be from. Just have them evaluated. Among the choices are irritation, infection or a type of lymph cancer. Whatever is happening might be easily treatable, so just get it done.
