Pelvic Exam: You are having symptoms that might be a Urinary tract infection , pelvic inflammatory disease PID, vaginitis of unknown type. Because these symptoms need to be diagnosed through a pelvic exam, urine sent to lab and full physical and history. Best to call your local physician, or ObGyn for work up. If the pain in the abdomen gets worse may need to go to ER.
