Hmmm...: Teeth are very valuable, meaning a person should consider getting 2 opinions about removing permanent teeth before doing so. Permanent teeth are a once-in-a-lifetime event... they don't come again.

See a dentist: You do not want to extract perfectly healthy teeth. Your son is a young man and he will grow, and as he does his teeth will align. Also consult with an orthodontist regarding any misalignment.
