Probably everything is OK. Adult teeth usually don't start to appear before age 9-10. If you remain concerned, a dentist could easily evaluate the situation -- which probably would be reassuring. Good luck.

You should have your son evaluated by a local dentist. Anterior secondary teeth have usually erupted by his age.
