I hurt my ribs on right side three days ago then as i'm rolling over in bed a hear a pop them extreme pain from the ribs and now it's numb from under my breast around to my back. is the numbness a more serious issue? what do i do?

Rib pain: Sounds like a rib fracture with subsequent pressure and irritation of the intercostal nerve. Firstly get an x-ray to see if rib is fractured. As long as there is no pneumothorax then treatment is conservative and may include an intercostal nerve block
