Unexplained chest: and back pain n a young person would be evaluated and "worked up". A good physical exam and history would go a long way. You may need further added tests if an answer remains elusive,

Get examined: im worried you've got a spinal or bony/spinal process that is irritating the nerve from your back, which wraps around to under your breast. It could be arthritic, or even a growth, among many other possibilities. Doesn't sound life-threatening, but needs more evaluation. Get well.
