No, call ObGyn: Your pain may reflect an abruption or an infection, two of the risks attendant on the chorionic villus sampling (cvs) you underwent, presumably to determine if your baby was chromosomally normal. He/she will be in a better position to advise you what do, and you're likely to sit hours in the er waiting to be seen.
