Risk of Twin Defects: 12 weeks is VERY early in the pregnancy and as such more subtle defects may not be apparent yet in Baby B. That having been said, however, there are no guarantees that Baby B WILL have defects similar to or because of the abnormalities in Baby A. Since there are so many variables you really need to consult with a maternal fetal medicine specialist for more detailed information and advice.
