What to do if i have a sore throat, tickly cough, blocked nose, hot, achy and bad stomach. any ideas what i may have and what could i do to relieve them?

General malaise: Viral infection causes a number of symptoms, many which you are describing you are having right now. Use lozenges of choice for the throat and cough, nasal saline irrigation with sterile saline (netti pot) for nasal stuffiness, and NSAIDs like advil for the aches. The stomach symptoms may be helped by antacids, lomotil, and pepto bismol, depending on what they are.
