No: You have no evidence that you have a bacterial infection going on at this time. I would be interested to know if you have swelling in your legs and shortness of breath. I wonder if you may have another process like a embolism in your lung. You need to be seen and evaluated prior to taking antibiotics

Sore throat: Most probably viral sore throat, may not need amoxicillin. Have it checked with your doc before starting an antibiotic.
