Hidradenitis.: Hidradenitis suppurativa is a bacterial infection. A rather stubborn one at that. May respond to a combination of antibiotics (Augmentin and Cipro, assuming you’re not allergic to them). In some cases surgical excision of the infected glands is necessary. NSAIDs will offer you no curative benefit.
