Yes: May have caused dislocation of radial head of arm which can be reduced vs a fracture, which must be set, and casted

Maybe pulled elbow: Sometimes when babies her age are picked up by an adult it results in a nursemaids elbow. A bone in the elbow slips out of the ligament. Placing it back is very easy but as this is her first and hopefully only episode, have it done by an expert. If there was no fall involved, there should not be a need for XR. All the best.
