I've had a persistent wet cough, fever and, have been sleeping a lot more than normal. recently i've been coughing really hard to where it feels like i need to vomit. then, white foam comes up. what could cause this?

PNEUMONIA.: without an exam, I can only give general information and cough/fever are often a reason to immediately seek medical attention. IT is even much more true if there are other signs of infection such as increased somnolence, or sweats or breathing issues.

Should I be worried? Puking white foam, fever, cough, pain in throat and head. Recently taken Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) for MRSA, can that be the cause also?
