What is classed as a low grade fever? iv seen conflicting information. iv read it is between 37.5- 37.9c is this accurate?

Probably no fever: Usually there is no fever unless body temperature is 38c at least some of the time. 37.0 is not the maximum normal temperature, just the average temperature. In entirely healthy people, body temperature can reach 37.5 and maybe even sometimes 37.9 from time to time. But see a doctor about this if any doubt remains.
