Good day my son of 4 keeps vomiting if he gets excited or playing with other kids his age he will run a little bit and just start vomiting what must i do i have gone to 4 drs and no one can help me what can i do to help my son. ?

Vomiting: This is disconcerting. My recommendation is to consult a pediatric gastroenterologist and or a pediatric surgeon for evaluation. Appropriate tests will be ordered. This may turn out to be some sort of vagal response to excitement or exercise which may be blocked by atropine like anticholinergic medications.
