Find the source: T- discs (if you mean thoracic spine discs) have nothing to do with your hands going numb. See your primary care physician and have him or her do testing to find where the problem originates. The most common causes are 1. carpal tunnel syndrome which is a pinching of the median nerves at the wrists, 2. cervical spine problems causing pressure on the spinal cord or nerves in the neck region.
