Co-morbidities: Your back pain does not relate to arm issues, which sound likely to be associated with nerve irritation such as carpal tunnel syndrome, which likely relates to arm positioning in your sleep. But, if only occurred one time, should not be area of concern. If repetitive and some tingling during day, suggest visit your doctor and get evaluated. The back pain might respond to physical therapy.
