Physical therapy: You are doing right manuers. It is most common complain from prolonged sitting, driving , using phone or repetitive motion and stress. Acupressure and massage may help. Physical therapy is very effective. You may also use "Icy Hot Cream " , ice and heat pack to alternate. Have comfortable pillow. If not better consult your docotor for possibel medicine to relieave msucle spams. Daily stretching.
