Neck problems do -: cause a headache, referred to as Tension headaches. Get yourself seen to by your PCP to get evaluated. Try Aleve (naproxen) or Motrim ( if no hx of having side effects), plus a Muscle relaxer would be beneficial. Check with your PCP if no relief.
