Sleeping meds: We can develop a tolerance for medications and need more and more until they become harmful. Please see your doctor. He/she will help you taper off the meds if needed and provide alternatives. Look into other relaxing modalities such as exercise, massage, avoiding stimulants, avoiding all computer/phone screens at least 1 hr prior to sleep. Peace and good health.
