Here are some...: Did you have irritating voiding symptoms before TURP? Remember TURP is chiefly to improve urine flow and bladder emptying if your bladder is still working well, but would not necessarily improve irritating voiding. For its care, try bladder soothing agents, avoid bladder-irritating foods/beverage, make sure of no UTI, etc. After these, you may have to wait & see as long as slowly getting better...
