Not yet: A "ruptured" gall bladder would cause significant pain and other side effects. Could be just spasm or a stone. The symptoms are significant enough to get to see your primary care physician very soon.

Gall bladder pain: Gall bladder pain might be due to infection/inflammation, obstruction of the bile duct(by stone for example) or rupture. if you are having fever, severe abdominal pain and rigidity of your abdomen please head to the nearest ER.
