Anxiety help: Physical exercise, yoga, meditation, and spending time in nature are all relaxing/anti-anxiety practices that you can do on your own. Patients have told me about Facebook groups that are focused on support for conditions like anxiety. Some patients find help in workbooks that have been written to help with anxiety--can be found on Amazon or in psychology section of bookstores.
