I have had cold symptoms for the past 4/5 days - stuffiness, sneezing, runny nose - and diarrhea on and off for the past 2 days. how can i relieve?

Cold or flu?: Try the easy stuff first. Lots of fluids, rest, eat moderately and try an antihistamine of pseudo fed to dry you up. Kaopectate should handle the diarrhea and two aspirin twice a day works for this type of headache and also provides mild anti inflammatory effect. If any of the symptoms get worse or you are not feeling better in a day or so see your doctor. Oh, and try to ingest maximum potassium.
