A member asked:

I came down with a bad cold, sneezing body ache headache fatigue but no fever last couple days but this morning woke up with several bouts of diarrhea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Viral syndrome : A virus can explain this entire set of symptoms. It may take time for your body to clear the virus, by using your natural immune system. Sometimes people have the flu (which is a virus) and don't have a fever, especially if they never have a fever. Can this be an atypical flu? You can speak to a doctor in person for more answers and help with the symptoms.
