Sounds like you: have viral gastroenteritis or stomach flu. Or it could also be the dreaded Influenza. Since it's been 3 days, you are still within the window for anti-flu treatment. Go get a diagnosis from a healthcare provider nearby. You need to hydrate yourself constantly to avoid getting dehydrated and buying a trip to the ER for IV fluids. And watch out for others, don't infect them.
