Is 39wks a good time to have plannd c-section for longitudinal oblique breech & lowlying placenta?my obgyn suggestd this?is it safe to do it so late?

Yes, safe!: The fetus should be mature and a C/Section is much safer than a spontaneous labor with placental massive bleeding or a labor that is arrested. (stuck baby) with emergency intervention. Call your OB MD immediately if labor ensues before the C/section date.
