32 wks pregnant: The placenta is not a concern and will not cause a problem if it is now 2 cm from the cervix. It will not turn into a placenta previa. If your baby is now breech, he/she still has time to turn prior to labor, and your obstetric provider could sometimes turn the baby to vertex (head down) even at 38-39 weeks. If not, the safest way to deliver is by cesarean section.
