Poor treatment: Find a better Dr, preferably a dermatologist. Do not take any more clindamycin. Usually treatment of folliculitis requires months of treatment, maybe years. I wonder if you even have a correct diagnosis because the treatment does not reflect good medical judgement.

Folliculitis on the upper back near spine. One itchy and red pimple with a little white pus in the middle. Leave it alone or should I do something about it like warm/wet compress? Or what else? Does clindamycin gel work against it?
