Good evening dr my wife is pregnant and has (what we think) to be a stye on her eyelid. had it since yesterday (31/12/2017). how can we treat this?

Heat: Styes are best treated by application of a wash cloth soaked in very warm, not hot , tap water applied over the closed lid at least 4-5 times per day. This will rapidly clear almost all styes. "Stye" treatments at the drug store are useless.
