No: Diclofenac is a non-steroidal and can have deleterious effects on the baby. Panadol is fine but if you are having pains you should talk to your doctor or midwife.

No: Diclofenac is not safe in the later part of pregnancy. Consult your obstetrician for safe alternatives. You should probably see them as soon as possible if you have abdominal pain.
