See answer: There are a number of conditions that can cause anorectal pain but only a few that will also cause lower abdominal pain in a women. One of these is pelvic inflammatory disease. Endometriosis may be a possibility and there may be other possibilities also. For a proper diagnosis and treatment you will need to see your physician.
