You can request: someone to remeasure the lesions on both scans to determine whether there has really been a change or not...it is possible that two separate radiologists could be measuring slightly differently. Also, if you are referring to two different modalities, eg ultrasound and CT, exact comparisons can be problematic. Talk to your doc.
