Had a pilar cyst removed december 29th on front of my head. my forehead and eye area are very swollen and my eyes are black and blue. is this normal?

Not unusual: This is due to blood seeping down under the skin of the forehead. it looks bad but it is harmless and should settle down in 7-10 days. I am sure your operating surgeon would be happy to see you again if the swelling of the eyes does not settle down in 2-3 days.
