I am experiencing abdominal pain but it hasn't stopped me from my daily activity, i am having nausea maybe because i'm scared that it might be appendicitis, but the rest of the symptoms i'm not having them?

Not AP: Appendicitis begins as lesion in appendix such as appendicolith causing inflammation of mucosal lining. This is referred to unbilical area where pain and nausea present. As inflammation progresses from mucosa to serosa of AP the symptoms shift to pain with rebound tenderness to rt. lower quadrant, not the vague symptoms you've noted.
