2 days after xmas i got the stomach flu. i'm trying to figure out if its contagious or the food. we had chicken as part of the meal. 2 others got sick?

Most likely flu: Food poisoning causes a sudden rush of GI problems 4-6 hours after the meal. This is flu season and there is in fact a current stomach flu which has infected many. Infected chicken would more likely hit most of those at the meal.
