Pain in the right upper quadrant after meal often leads us to the suspicion of gallbladder issues, notably gallstone(s). This pain is likely not related to the viral gastroenteritis you had 2 weeks ago or side effect of probiotics but I could not rule out entirely because I hate to make the diagnosis of 2 different GI conditions in a short period of time. Why don't you hold probiotics for now?
