Somatic Dysfunction: Although this could have more serious implications like aortic dissection, pancreatitis, heart attack, etc. Given your age and mild complaint, I'm more likely to believe this is musculoskeletal related such as an elevated rib, sore muscle, etc. Please see a physician if it is persistent and affects daily life.
