Gastritis?: From your symptoms it seems you might have had Gastritis.And it seems to be getting better. Kidney infection will cause urinary symptoms like pain passing urine,frequency of urination and/or blood in the urine may or may not be associated with fever.If you have any urinary symptoms get it checked with urine test for infection
