"Could be": I am afraid that's the best answer I can come up with. Both may in fact be a type of "auto-immune" disorders conditions where our immune system FALSELY identifies one of our body organs as FOREIGN and "attacks it" with cells/antibodies of our own immune system., Research is EXTREMELY ACTIVE as I write this response and answers may come very soon!
