Wouldn't assume so: The epidural simply placed an absorbable medication in a known space. The body heals from this well. What may be more likely is irritation of the bony structures due to the passage of a baby through the pelvis & the possibility it cracked your coccyx bone or over stretched the nearby ligaments. You may be able to realign the lower back with the help of physical therapy.
