GYN exam: to include pelvic exam, urine analysis and culture and blood testing of hormonal levels. This sounds like you may be experiencing post coital hematuria with multiple causes: 1- inadequate lubrication: spend 15-20 minutes on foreplay until wet 2- position- experiment with different positions, especially woman on top 3- communicate- which positions feel the best 4- sexual lubrication: important!
