Local irritation: It may be followed by uti. Increase liquids, may use otc Azo tabs and observe. To doc in am if not better. Need to avoid rough friction or under lubricated foreplay. If severe pain on urination go to urgent care tonight for antibiotics. Notice the place of the urethral orifice in women lies in the front aspect of the vulva. Friction with this area should be minimized to avoid sex- induced UTI etc.
