Not much: but you need to be evaluated by an ENT specialist to make sure that your upper airways aren't chronically inflamed and no enlarged adenoids or so, as it not uncommon to have such a problem with chronic inflammation, the commonest would be chronic allergic / non- allergic rhino-sinusitis, that can easily flare with any viral infection, as your blood count reflects.
