Can you have a chest infection without coughing a lot? i have pain left and right sides and have congestion in ears nose head

Need more info: Is your breathing compromised in any fashion, are you short of breath, having the pain when you inhale deeply, do you have fever, have you been coughing, and so on? The best thing to do is to go to your family doctor and get examined and if they deem it necessary get imaging studies performed. Hope you are better soon.
