Viral URI: The symptoms are consistent with an upper respiratory tract viral infection. Fluids, vitamin C and let your normal 30 year old immune system get you better. You do not need an antibiotic. If you are getting WORSE after 5 days or NOT BETTER after 10 days, an antibiotic may be empirically given. See your physician if not better in 2 weeks.
