Many: Alcohol can activate enzymes in your liver and increase the rate at which hormones, enzymes, medication, etc. Are metabolized. Specifically, alcohol can affect blood sugar if you drink and don't eat. Alcohol in very limited quantities is generally not a problem, but when ingested at greater than that level it can cause lots of problems, not just to hormones.
