BMI 22.7: Hi. It sounds like you have a good, healthy diet. Your BMI is a nice, normal 22.7. You're past the typical teens & 20's body image issues. Not to pry, but why do you want to lose 10 pounds (would be BMI 21.1 btw)? For someone with a normal, healthy BMI with a healthy lifestyle, I don't think any doc on here would say to do anything other than eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Good luck!
