Do you have symptoms: 'too low' is sometimes difficult to classify. Generally low-normal blood pressures (around 100 mm hg systolic) are better for long term health. However, if there are persistent episodes of symptoms such as dizziness, fainting and falls, and blood pressure values under 90 mm hg systolic then you may need to have your medication adjusted. Best thing to do is keep a careful record of bps and symptom.
