79 year old male with incidental discovery of baseball-sized kidney mass (not a cyst) on one kidney. where do we start? initial tests? any warnings?

Generally: with advanced imaging....and this will most likely lead to imaging directed BIOPSY....only after that will an EXACT diagnosis and most suitable treatment be determined!
